Due to everything that has been happening in our world currently. As a young adult, I had started to realize more and more on how important it is to be more kind to yourself. I think as human beings in this world, we get so caught up on our every day lives that sometimes we tend to forget about ourselves, weather it’s our mind, body or soul. I believe with this realization playing a huge significance in my life. I felt like I needed to make some changes. Therefore, one day I was scrolling around on the internet searching for something that could kick start my fitness journey. I had ran into this website and I started to read countless positive reviews about Sonya. until I finally built the courage to reach out to her.

Despite, my anxiousness and hesitancy. Sonya constantly stayed patient and positive with me. She never gave up on reaching out to me and she never failed to check in before each and every conversation. I truly knew she was passionate and motivated to help every and anyone. After a month and a bit of communicating back and fourth, I can finally say i’m starting my fitness journey.

Little Note to Sonya: Thank you for our little chats, Thank you for being your true authentic self, Thank you for willing to go the extra mile for me and Thank you for all your patiences and understanding. Looking forward to officially meeting you.

I just did my first 15 minute fusion 15 workout. Time went quick, but a sweat definitely did happen. Every big muscle group was touched and it was fun to do. Sonya did a great job of explaining a movement if you had never done it before, and you can adjust it to adapt to what you need.
Looking forward to my next home workout with her and the girls

I loved Sonya's Spring Weight Loss Challenge. She and everyone was so helpful and motivating. I actually won 2nd place and I was in complete shock. Its amazing what the motivation and help and drive good souls can give you and what possibilities can be reached.

I learned a lot, and lost in areas where I needed. I gained confidence all thanks to this lovely lady

I have gone through counseling since I was a young kiddo. I have always seemed to never find anyone that really understood and helped me along my way. Until I ran across Sanya. We are in a similar doterra Facebook group page, and she suggested an insight that made me curious. I looked her up and contacted her after realizing who she was. Pricing is ALWAYS an issue with a fixed budget. Sanya was able to work out an agreement with me so that I receive the help I needed and still need. Her perspective on things makes so much sense when I spoke about things to others for YEARS and no-one was able to relate. Her ideas on mindset and wellness is amazing, and I can't seem to get enough of her podcast when I have a chance to listen. I am so thankful I am on this journey with Sanya by my side, and have entertained the idea of not only a life coach that incorporates my passion for essential oils, but perhaps a fitness coach as well one day! Baby steps! lol I know she will see to it that I am my best for myself and my family. She truly is a beautiful person inside and out!

A few months back I saw a groupon for kick start and nutrition coaching and I messaged Sonya, i signed up but wanted to quit a couple of times .

Sonya wouldn't let me , she worked with me to see what we could do to make it easier for me to follow , to stay on track . She is a god send !

Sonya is so positive and upbeat and I couldn't ask for a better coach on my journey ! She was available when I needed her and was always eager to help me succeed ! I loved her motivational text messages she would send me daily and emails ! Also if you haven't heard Sonya's podcasts you must go listen and to her daily lives -they are super uplifting and helpful !

I have struggled with a negative mindset but with Sonya's help and tips and tricks -not anymore !

Thank you so much Sonya , I can't say enough good things about you ! You are such a kind sweet soul ! Keep being you and thank you so much for helping me not only with my nutrition but my mindset and life in general !!

I recently took the Vision Board workshops offered by Sonya and Jenna. Had a great experience and really enjoyed all the insight, tools and reflections given in addition to the guidance on how to put together the board. She truly is a dream catcher. She will literally work with you on what ever your passion is and make the life style work with your life and she is there every step of the way to help you

Fitness has been part of my life for many years. I recently left a gym to check out this one and I have not looked back. The approach that Sonya takes in her business model is unmatched. Her classes are challenging, fun, innovative and I look forward to seeing her cheery smile everyday. I started Bootcamp with Sonya a few weeks ago. Never been to a gym and never ever would have thought I would have been doing Bootcamp. I walked in nervous. But Sonya quickly made me feel comfortable. And even had me laughing while working out. She makes working out fun, and keeps everything up beat. I highly recommend Sonya for anybody wanting to get in shape or even stay in shape and have fun doing it. I actually look forward to Bootcamp nights now. Thanks again for being so amazing Sonya.

Sonya us absolutely an amazing trainer!! She is very involved. She doesn't push you too hard but pushes you hard enough to make you feel great! She isn't the type of trainer who yells and just pushes you. She actually works out with you and shows you proper form. She is there to talk to when you're feeling down or having a bad day. She gives you that motivation to want to succeed!

My 96 year old Mother is a resident at Trillium Manor and though I drive from Pickering to visit each Sunday, I was looking for a personal 'trainer' specializing in geriatrics who could visit during the week and help motivate her with some light and fun exercises to build muscle, improve flexibility and increase stamina. After only one week of one hour sessions with Sonya, my Mom is noticeably steadier, stronger and more energized on our weekend outings. The staff at Trillium has been very helpful with accommodating these visits and understanding the value that a little extra special attention can bring to their residents. Mom's goal is to one day receive that 100th birthday card from the Queen and with help from family, friends and Fresh Approach Fitness, she is definitely on the right track.
