Learn tricks & tips to help streamline your Healthy Eating Goals; stay on track and reach your goals sooner. Give and get ideas from other members, try new food, learn new ideas, build a support system. Apply what works for you. Examples of these 1.5- 2 hour sessions are as follows:
Meal planning
Healthy Recipe exchange – try & taste
Macros
Goal Setting & weight loss
Quick, fulling breakfast, snacks
30 minute meals
Food Tracking
Sunday, Oct 14 at 2-pm is a suggested start date.
