Not you’re typical Bootcamp! Visualize Botocamp mixed with Circuit Training providing a focus on body conditioning with burst of cardio...a form of HIIT style which is optimum for Fat Loss. We incorporate a variety of equipment (weights, medicine balls, stability balls, kettle bells and bands) to work on strength building and muscular endurance while alternating cardio throughout the routine. Lots of fun in the small group setting! Novice through to advance will benefit from these sessions.
The new address is 258 Edward St. same building as Ken Jones signs.

Different class styles and times can be added during the week, depending on interest and availability. Minimum of 3 is required to run a class.
Classes run approximately 45 minutes.
Come out and try it ….your first class is always $5!!
Drop in rates are $15/class; $120 for a 10pack; monthly unlimited $95 PLUS tax
