Description:
In this class you move from station to station doing a full body HITT training workout. Weight, Kettle Bells, Plates, Bands, Battle Ropes, Steppers, and so much more...suitable for every age and stage :) You work out at your own pace.

Theses Program changes weekly to prevent boredom and increase results.

Fresh Approach Fitness specializes in Small Group Fitness training, you get to know you other classmates, you are continuously encouraged, motivated and inspired.

Come out and try it ….your first class is always $5!!
Drop in rates are $15/class; $120 for a 10pack; monthly unlimited $95 PLUS tax
