Not your typical Bootcamp! Visualize Botocamp mixed with Circuit Training providing a focus on body conditioning with burst of cardio. We incorporate a variety of equipment (weights, medicine balls, TRX, stability balls, kettle bells and bands) to work on strength building and muscular endurance while alternating cardio throughout the routine. Lots of fun in the group setting! Novice through to advance will benefit from these sessions. Classes are currently being held on Mondays, Wednesday s & Fridays at 5:30 pm at Genesis
