I am taking Sonya’s (Bootcamp) class 3x a week. After the 1st month, I had increased my stamina in the cardio section and had weight loss, something that I struggled with in my previous gym experience. Sonya does the sequence with you and in this way encourages your participation. She makes suggestions when you are ready for a challenge and it keeps the program interesting. ~ Ruth, from Orilia
