Fitness Boxing - Heavy bag work mixed with cardio and core conditioning; an aerobic boxing program with a focus on strengthening the core. Class combines punches, kicks and footwork anyone can follow. Some of the activities include… Dummy flips/punches/ bag-ab crunches/ skipping/ sprints. Gain endurance, strength and self-confidence.
