Description:
Not you’re typical Class! Visualize Botocamp mixed with Circuit Training providing a focus on body conditioning with burst of cardio...a form of HIIT ((high Intensity Interval training)) style which is optimum for Fat Loss.


We incorporate a variety of light equipment (weights, medicine balls, kettle bells and bands) along with body weight to work on strength building and muscular endurance while alternating cardio throughout the routine. Lots of fun in the small group setting! Novice through to advance will benefit from these sessions.

Different class styles and times can be added during the week, depending on interest and availability. Minimum of 3 is required to run a class.
Classes run approximately 45 minutes.

Come out and try it ….your first class is always $5!!
Drop in rates are $15/class; $120 for a 10pack; monthly unlimited $95 PLUS tax
